Detailed Terms
1. Platform Use
DigInfluencers provides a platform connecting content creators with brands for marketing campaigns. You may use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
2. Content Standards
All content must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including advertising standards and disclosure requirements. Content must be original, accurate, and not infringe on third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines or these terms. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are processed according to the terms agreed upon for each campaign. Platform fees are deducted from creator payments as disclosed during campaign acceptance.
All users are responsible for their own tax obligations. We provide necessary documentation for tax reporting purposes but do not provide tax advice.
4. Limitation of Liability
DigInfluencers provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
Our total liability to you for any claims related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
